Willy provided excellent service during our inspection. He was thorough, walked me through each area of the home, and discussed the importance of certain issues. He also showed me example images of what items should/should not look like. Clear pictures were taking during our inspection, including the roof and attic (hard to reach areas). Willy was great to work with as this was my first home purchase. We hired I Spy to do an inspection of our house just to be aware of any upcoming maintenance issues we'll need to budget for over the next few years. Willy was professional, on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He pointed out a few things that we would have had no idea were concerns, and he spent the time to explain things that regular people might not otherwise understand. It was well worth the expense to learn about things that weren't problems - yet - but would be much easier and cheaper to fix now than wait for something to fail.
